MBKM IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURE

Bc Stat Study Program

MBKM which activities are conducted outside the UGM campus for 1 semester can only be taken by students in semester 6 and 7 (after completing the theory in semester 5).

  1. MBKM outside the UGM campus for 1 semester has an activity load equivalent to 20 credits, so that students who take part in the MBKM activities, can only take a maximum of 4 credits of courses in UGM.
  2. Before registering for MBKM, students are required to apply for a permit using the form provided by the study program and signed by the academic advisor, and final assignment supervisor (for those who take it together with the final assignment), and the Head or Secretary of the Bc Stat Study Program. If the Study Program, academic advisor and final assignment supervisor have approved, students are allowed to register for MBKM activities.
  3. Students are required to do pre–Study Plan Card (SPC).
  4. Upon completing the MBKM activity, students have the right to apply for grade equalization to the Bc Stat Study Program, by attaching:
  • MBKM activity report with grades from the external partners
  • Study Plan Card (SPC)
